Richard Hickie

Richard’s role was pivotal in the rapid expansion of the group in the years immediately after he joined in 1991. A chartered accountant, Richard trained with leading accountancy firm KPMG, and is the co-author of “How To Manage Your Own Block Of Flats”, first published by the College of Estate Management.
